1 / What is your therapeutic approach?

I use tools from different therapeutic models, but my approach is humanistic, and I enjoy integrating creative and somatic interventions. Feel free to read more here.

2 / Do you work with specific issues or populations?

While I have certain areas of interest, I have worked with a variety of people with lots of different presenting concerns. I believe the more important question is whether or not we “click”. Feel free to read more here​.

3 / Do you work with children / couples / families?

No, I work with adults one on one.

4 / Do you work in other languages?

Yes, I can work in Spanish and French too.

5 / Do you do in-person appointments?

I am currently working online exclusively.

6 / What if I do not want to do a video appointment?

No problem! I am happy to have a phone call if it makes you more comfortable.

7 / How do I pay for my appointment?

I accept e-transfer or cheque.

8 / Do you direct bill to insurance?

No, but I can send you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.

9 / What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that you give me 24hr notice for any changes or cancellations. Otherwise, I charge a partial appointment rate. If you do not let me know you are running late for an appointment, I consider it a no-show after 15mins.

10 / Can you diagnose me or prescribe me medication?

No, I cannot, but I can support you through them, as getting used to a diagnosis or medication can come with its own set of challenges.
